Calm your nervous system while activating clear and positive energy by shifting from a busy mental narrative to an alert yet relaxed inner stillness. Connect with your inner wisdom and spaciousness.
Each week we will practice a combination of concentration and mindfulness meditation techniques in order to relax and restore our minds, bodies and souls. The techniques used could include but are not limited to zen, mantra, breath awareness, yoga nidra, vipassana, moving meditation, etc.
