Weekly Online Healing Community Classes

Peaceful Sleep with Denise Aubin

Mondays 8:00-9:00pm PST

We begin our class with Qigong and other healing practices to help relax and calm your nervous system and mind. 

We will learn how to soothe ourselves to sleep and get ourselves back to sleep.  When we relax we feel safe to let go and slip into blissful, peaceful, nurturing sleep.

We end with a guided relaxation, allowing the mind to go into a trance state, which is a natural state of the mind just before dropping off into deeply nourishing sleep.Peaceful sleep is on its way.
