We lovingly create sacred energetic space for healing that evolves our collective human consciousness.
What We Do
Our work is rooted in the knowledge that we are each our own best healers. We offer classes, workshops, and private consultations in an array of modalities; both new and ancient. As individuals working in a separated society, we understand how radically healing it is to let ourselves be seen and supported in our joyous work and in our healing.
Our offerings include energy work, crystal and Tibetan bowl sound baths, vocal and vibrational sound immersions, Qigong, Qidance, mantra meditation, Shinrin Yoku, (Japanese-style forest bathing), Yoga Nidra, Kundalini yoga, myofascial ad myoskeletal release therapies and more. Our offerings evolve and grow....please visit our events page for detailed descriptions.
We currently offer weekly classes, weekend immersion workshops, 4-day unplugged healing retreats, and multi-week courses.
Where We Are
All our classes are online.
Our physical space is in the historic El Paseo Building in downtown Mill Valley in Northern California, The Living Room Collective is a respite, a haven, a sacred space in which to immerse in simple, yet practical, healing solutions for health and wellness.
We also host seasonal, immersive, Healing in the Garden retreats at an exquisite historic Marin property on 40-acres of redwood studded land in the heart of Mount Tamalpais in Mill Valley.
